Finally finished.

There was a power outage yesterday, and I decided to make the best of it. I finished a couple of my before the year ends goals.I'm proud of myself, and my productivity.

Just blogging.

So, here I am blogging to pass time while I wait for a doctor's appointment....

My psychiatrist moved and I had to find a new one in the area. It's my first time seeing this one and I'm so anxious. I feel like it's the day of a final presentation in a huge college class. My stomach is in knots and I've got to keep my hands moving otherwise I'll be a shaking mess. So here I am typing away my anxiety, ha.


On the bright side I'm loving my boot game right now. I bought some really cute boot socks and I started using the first pair today! I have, maybe, three more (or two more, gah my memory) that I can't wait to try on. I also have some new boots that are being delivered. I can't wait!

I've been thinking about making myself a new work space in my room. It'll be smaller, but a lot cozier. I'm a bot excited to see what I come up with! I'm jotting down my ideas while waiting for my appointment. I might sketch a little something,we'll see.

Tomorrow I'll start making the cookie doughs for some Christmas gifts I'm thinking of. Come back tomorrow and maybe I'll make a post linking some of my favorite make ahead recipes!

it's been a long and hard time

hey guys, I've been gone for a couple of months now..... 

Well, I've been dealing with a lot and have been of the internet for a while due to some health issues that I'm not comfortable speaking of just yet.

I've dedicated this time on concentrating on myself and getting better. I'm starting to prepare myself for this upcoming semester, not without much apprehension....

I'm happy to be going back, yet worried and other feelings all at the same time. A lot of mixed feelings.

I also wanted to update you guys in some small parts of my summer that brought me some happiness

like a new family member

 

her name is Nina, she's a rescue(she was abused)  and helping her through her tough time has helped me in a way.

she has also brought happiness to Minki, now they are inseparable though not without hardships. it took a  while to get Nina used to her new sister and forever home, she was so skittish and shy at first (we're still working on that).

I'm happy yet a bit sad, because I'll be leaving my loves in a little more than a week and won't see them till December.

of a little snow and ice.

The trees and the bushes have all been covered in a thin layer of ice, and they all look so beautiful. I took pictures with my tablet, but as you can see they're not the best quality. In moments like this I miss my phone's camera. Oh well!

Anyways, outside it looks so wintery (that's a word, right?) and I love it. The sidewalks and the street are covered by a layer that is kind of like a mix of snow and ice, so we have to be extra careful while walking outside and driving.

For now I think I'll stay inside and eat a croissant while I drink some hot chocolate. I might go outside again later with my roommate to see other places and maybe take more pictures.

Weather reports say we are getting snow tonight, so I am very excited! To everyone in the South area getting hit with the ice storm (and to anyone who is somewhere cold right now), stay safe and stay warm.

a little snow.

It snowed yesterday! It hadn't snowed here since about 2011 so everyone was pretty excited. Although it didn't snow much at least we got to play a little bit.

I'm hoping it doesn't melt away quickly, although that seems unlikely.

I haven't posted in a while because my phone's battery died so now I have to get a new one and I had a test yesterday (have two tomorrow, wish me luck!)

It's finally here!!~

 

First of all, hi! So after class today I went to check the mail and~~~~~~

It's finally here!!!! I've been waiting for this package for weeks omg

This is my early birthday gift from my parents and I'm so excited to try it out (so is my roommate btw)

 

I got a tassimo! I was so excited when I was unpacking it, it's so beautiful

Just look at it! it's a decent size, for a dorm that its (we don't get that much space, especially if it's shared between four people). Anyways, my roommate and I are going out to buy some t-discs in order to try out this baby later tonight.

ah I'm so happy, btw we named it Momo because we seem to name everything.... even our laptops.. yeah
